14, 20 or 26 working days by seniority. Under 18 and over 50 the floor is 20 working days.
The leave book lives in the personnel file. Unused leave feeds payroll and severance. Hotel and construction files are scanned first in peak season.
The rule is Labour Law art. 53. Underground work and some collective-agreement lines are read on the file.
