e-Document period-end: voids, credits and the vault close together
e-Invoice, e-archive and e-ledger queues close on the Revenue clock. Voids and credits are not locked until they match the vault.

Period-end in the e-document applications is not a paper invoice left in a drawer. Issued, voided and e-archive documents must total the same on the Revenue list and in the office vault.
Hospitality and POS-heavy files void often. Before the period locks, voids and credits are written on the same working paper as cash and bank. Otherwise VAT-1 and the e-archive list diverge at month-end.
The e-ledger seal is a separate calendar line. This note is the document-queue lock; the seal date follows the file’s e-ledger regime.
