August premiums: MPHB due 28 September; start-of-work the same day
Monthly SSI is not a separate 23rd. The combined withholding and SSI return is due 28 September (26 September is a Saturday). Missing hire notices are fixed the same day.

For August 2026 services the monthly premium and withholding return (MPHB) is due Monday 28 September 2026. 26 September is a Saturday, so the date moves. There is no separate SSI 23rd.
A start-of-work notice is due the day work starts; an exit the day it ends. Delay draws an administrative fine. Site and seasonal hospitality files close those movements the same day for that reason.
Missing-day and exemption codes are not locked until they match the payroll run. This English note is the same frame as the Turkish and Russian editions.
